What counts as an "operation"?+
Each action executed by an agent counts as one operation: a reconciliation, a collection message sent, a payment processed, an invoice classification. Queries, dashboards and questions to Klaudinho don't count.
What if I exceed my quota?+
We notify you at 80%. If you go over, we charge R$ 0.15 per additional operation until the end of the month. No surprises.
Is there a lock-in?+
Month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual comes with 15% off. Cancellable anytime.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, up or down, with prorated adjustment. No penalty.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?+
